If you do not see your order in your account. Fill out the form on this page with all contact information and the items purchased in the Comments/Questions Section.
Return Policy:
We will accept your return up to 30 days from the date of invoice. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. If your return is received past the 30 day mark you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our warehouse.
All returns must be packaged securely, we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.
All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
